Angie helped us but a house and sold our condo and we will keep using her for any future needs. Angie's two main qualities are professionalism and expertise. She always has our best interest in mind and makes the process as smooth as possible. Angie won't sell you any house just to make a sale, but will truly find a quality home for you which is why she has such satisfied clients in us!

When we first moved to Chicago in 2012, Angie was recommended to us. I talked to another realtor at the time and was very put off by him. Angie was great! She was our realtor for buying our first house up here and we were very satisfied. When we outgrew our home with the birth of our twins, there was no question about who to contact! We are first-time home buyers. We looked at 10 houses on a Saturday and were completely discouraged by the homes we saw. We decided to just put it on the back burner. Angie our realtor called us Sunday morning and encouraged us to look at a few more properties. We ended up finding the perfect home for us. Angie is the best! I had a full circle with her! I moved into my dream home in Chicago with her help! Unfortunately, three years later I had to short sell the house. Angie stuck in there for three years during the short-sale with no incentive on her part to do so. She did it because she was committed to customer excellence. And what she did showed true customer excellence. We had at least six engagements with offers and buyers and the banks were horrible in the process. The bank that we thought would be problematic was actually very kind in the end -- all in all, Angie got it done. Finally! Thank you, Angie for your commitment to your customers. As of today, July 25, 2012, I gave all the keys to the tenant, I feel relieved from all of the anxiety and frustration I had have regarding the condominium I purchased recently. Since my mom and I met you first on May 31, 2012, to look for an affordable condominium, you have fully assisted us from A to Z, finding/showing nice condominiums, purchasing a condominium include all of those paper works, numerous meetings, and then even finding a very nice tenant to rent it. You were very patient with us when we were not very decisive. You also surprised us so much as you found the tenant within only two days since we put the unit on a market! You also introduced us a very competent attorney, Mr. Scott Berman, whose knowledge and experience was outstanding. Your kind and very professional commitment admired us a lot. You have constantly updated with us via e mail, text messages, and phone conversation even when you experienced losing your beloved father by death. You were always available when we had questions. Your thoughtfulness to bring beautiful flowers to my mom when she had unexpected health issues, stroke, you lit up my mom's face with bright smile. You have been not only an agent to finding a property but also been a very nice friend we rely on. We can't say “Thank you” enough, Angie! I will definitely give your name to my friends when they consider buying or selling the property. Angie has helped us buy two homes, first in the Roger's Park neighborhood and then in Park Ridge. The first time, we were new to Chicago and Angie took us to a variety of neighborhoods and helped us determine which were the best fit and what we could afford. She helped us through each step of being a first-time homebuyer and made sure we got a great place! Five years later, we went back to Angie when we were looking to move out of the City. because we knew she would take good care of us. We were expecting a child and were on a tight timeline but Angie made sure we were able to find a great place, close, and move with time to spare. Angie was a wonderful asset in helping us to determine which homes had problems that were cosmetic and which had serious problems that might cost us later. Angie is a completely professional realtor who made the task of selling a property in a trust from long distance an easy job. She gave us a great education on the current market and what we could expect. The house was put on MLS on a Monday and by Wednesday we decided between MULTIPLE offers! A few minor repairs were needed & she arranged for the work to be done. She checked on the house multiple times and kept us informed. Every call or email to her was promptly returned (something that is rarely seen in business today). We felt that she gave our listing her full attention & believe this is how she treats everyone she works for.
