Karen is a true pro. She really knows what she is doing and is dedicated to doing things the right way. It's quickly evident she cares a lot about the transaction's success and, more importantly, the people involved. Angela Ofslager of the firm is also very helpful. My place needed some work to be done prior to putting it on the market and Karen was clear on what should be fixed and what could be sold as is. She saved me a lot of money. She also suggested how to set up the place for sale. Then we priced at what I thought would be on the high end. After a successful open house, we had 2 potential purchasers and ended up selling over list! We were under contract after only 4 days on the market. Then throughout the closing process, not only did she guide me through to a smooth closing, but kept in close contact with my lawyer to coordinate. Karen is super responsive and always patient. You cannot find a better agent if you want to sell your place.

Angela caught my attention quickly. She didn't display the aggressive salesmanship attitude we unfortunately find, too often, in todays environment. Having owned a real estate brokerage firm in my younger years, I don't consider myself impressed very easily.
