I want to commend Dream Town Residential Consultant Angela Prerost-Joyce. My wife and I have worked with Angela for the last three years in renting our Lincoln Park property and most recently in selling it. She was always available to us, and juggled showings at our condo while taking us out to view new potential homes. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions about the process. Angela sat down with me and went through all the details that would occur from beginning to end. When it came time for involving a real estate attorney and inspector, she had multiple recommendations. Throughout the process she was available for any questions I had, made sure the finance company was following the timeline and gave them a strong push when needed. She did everything she could to make sure the closing was done on time. She was a great person to have on my side when some issues arose at the last minute. I appreciate her dedication and knowledge she brought to the table. Highly recommended!

Angela was amazing. This was our first home purchase, and she explained everything to us and gave us her advice whenever we asked. She is super friendly and approachable; we always felt comfortable reaching out to her when we had questions. Awesome, awesome, awesome!! Angela made us feel like her number one priority especially when the loan process got a little messy. She guided both Mike and I as well as the lender! We were happy to have found our dream home right on the first try. Angela took the time to get to know what we were looking for (which I've found to be a rarity during my realtor research!). I had a great experience working with Angela. She was very active and helpful in giving me a full understanding on the different neighborhoods in Chicago.
