I have only had the best experience working with Andre and he has only exceeded my expectations. I own a property in Boston a few years ago which I found and negotiated myself and was always under the mindset that it was better to represent myself vs. using a realtor based in past experiences. This was further confirmed when I moved to NY recently and decided to buy property there. I had the worst experience working with a realtor there. Upon my move to Chicago, I knew I wanted to buy a property but was again, reluctant to use a realtor. Andre came highly recommended by a close grad school friend of mine whom I trusted dearly. From the moment I spoke with Andre to the very end, it has been the easiest communication and dialogue I could ever have with someone. Andre truly knows the Chicago market and has great connections. He was always proactive in contacting me and diligent in showing me properties, yet he was always very neutral and not pushy when it came down to viewing the properties and offered his insights on my questions/concerns only after and not before; giving me time to really think about what's important to me in a property before offering his two cents (ie. not trying to talk me into something I wasn't interested in or not fully committed to). All my calls/texts and emails were returned promptly. I truly felt like I had a partner in this process. In general, Andre is not just a realtor but he is someone who is passionate (and extremely knowledgeable about real estate in general). He's easy going, professional and genuine. Just really great to get along with and in the end, I was/am completely satisfied above and beyond what I could have imagined. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
