On top of her outstanding real-estate work she also has tons of connections and wonderful recommendations for movers, painters, sewer, home inspectors & HVAC people which is worth it’s weight in gold.

5 stars doesn’t even start to describe how outstanding Abby is. As a second time buyer but first time seller she walked us through every step and took unbelievable care of us. Abby answered our texts at 6:45am through 10:30pm, so we always felt like she was there for us. She did a ton of homework on our area/comps suggested a selling price and we ended up getting 20 offers in one week of listing.

I reached out to Abby to sell our unit Condo at Roscoe Village. She was fantastic to work with from start to finish - very professional and make very good suggestions each step of the way. It only took 3 days or so for us to get an offer but her she didn't stop there. She was very thorough and what we really love about her is that she always follow through and provide status. She provide regular updates every step of the way so you know what is going on. Next time I do this whether selling or buying, I wouldn't look anywhere else. I highly recommend her services.

I have to start this off by saying Abby puts the “real” in “realtor”. Abby was tasked to not only sell our house but find us a house and help us navigate the process smoothly for our 2 year old. Man oh man, she delivered. Let me just say, finding a house right now is next to impossible, but she’s the one that knows how to seal the deal. Abby is involved and active in the communities that she sells in. Everyone I talked to that I said I was working with Abby was like “oh wow you’re in great hands”. I mean, she literally got on her hands and knees and traversed the crawl space at one of the properties we were looking at. That’s dedication. I decided it was time to sell my family home ( has been in my family for nearly 100 years) it was a tough decision to make, but once it was decided, I knew I would need someone who was up for the project and dedicated to the job since it would be a lot of work. I was put into contact with Abby Powell with Dream Town Realty and she did not disappoint!!! I have never sold property before and when I say she went above and beyond, she truly did just that! She would drive out to the south side (from the north side of Chicago) often. She would communicate and explain everything to me until I understood it all. She was patient and understood that selling my family home was at times overwhelming. Abby was kind, informative, dedicated and worked her butt off start to finish! She would call me with any and all updates, Abby did a ton of marketing for more exposure to the property. From the time I listed in August through the physical closing day, Abby was right there! Abby helped us find our first home in Spring 2022, and we’re so glad she did! There are many apps that can help you get appointments or look at pictures- but having Abby at our appointments looking at the houses was what we really needed. I had the pleasure of working with Abby Powell on the sale of my condo in Logan Square. She was absolutely outstanding! She truly immersed herself in the neighborhood getting to know the local scene. She was creative in the way she marketed my condo and even reached out to local hang outs to do cross promoting.
