I highly recommend Maureen Frederick as your Real Estate Partner. I reached out to Maureen a couple of years ago to help my wife and I arrange our credit. Maureen worked diligently with us and gave us continuous tips on helping us get our credit scores up to qualify for a mortgage. After achieving that, we worked with Maureen on our home search. We looked at many properties and finally was able find a home in Prospect Heights which fit what we were looking for. The home needed some work but Maureen assured us that the property would pass our FHA inspection, something I wasn't even aware of. During negotiations, Maureen was able to get us a large closing cost credit as well as a large tax credit paid by the Sellers. To my surprise, at closing, we were purchasing this $275,000.00 house and was told the day before closing that all we would need to bring to closing was approximately $1,800.00. The credits that Maureen obtained enabled us to float into our down payment, minimizing our down payment. I never believed in a million years we would own our own home. Maureen is an asset to whomever works with her. She works miracles that even many in the business has never heard of.

My wife Kim is an RN and we both were looking for a house in Chicago we could call home. Not only did Maureen get the majority of our Closing costs covered by the Sellers, she was also able to help us find a home that appraised out almost $30k more that our purchase price. We went with a VA loan and only had to bring a little over $1,000.00 to the table at closing. We are ecstatic with Maureen's knack for negotiations, but thrilled with the amount of money we saved. I had the house previously listed with another agent for months prior to using Maureen. Almost immediately after hiring Maureen I had showings of which I didn't have before. She did a fantastic job of qualifying the potential buyers as to not waste my time and diligently negotiated with the buyers Realtor while standing firm on what I wanted out of the sale of my home. I was contemplating selling my investment property in the NW Suburbs, however after speaking with Maureen, opted to keep it as the equity in the property is well worth the investment. I was shocked at Maureen's response to this as most Brokers would have encouraged me to list it. Maureen helped me and my fiance' purchase a beautiful 3 bedroom home in Palatine and was able to negotiate the closing costs where the Seller paid approximately 75%, leaving my out of pocket exposure minimal. Maureen worked with my lender, inspector and attorney and took the lead on the transaction in its' entirety and it was seamless to me.
