Nikki Allen is an accomplished broker committed to achieving her clients’ dreams and objectives. Born in Chicago and raised in the suburbs, she brings a deep understanding of the local real estate market and keen insights into the distinct charms of each neighborhood. Prior to embarking on her real estate career, Nikki worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry. These early experiences sharpened the many skills and values that now benefit her Dream Town clients: an exceptional understanding of customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to understand and anticipate her client’s needs. Since earning her broker’s license in 2018, Nikki has built a well-earned reputation as a sharp negotiator and a tenacious advocate who goes above-and-beyond to achieve success on behalf of her clients.
Beyond her real estate experience, Nikki is a nationally featured photographer. For sellers preparing their home for listing, her sharp eye for detail and refined visual aesthetic will ensure that their property is shown in the best possible light. Buyers benefit from her ability to envision the possibilities inherent in a property and how a space can be turned into a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming home. Enhancing her brokerage expertise, Nikki and her husband, Jake Davies of Davies Home Services, have successfully flipped their own property investments—and often consult together on what her client should look for when buying a home or what to fix when selling. When she is not assisting her clients, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family—whether that’s at home in Park Ridge or out and about exploring the city and suburbs. From street festivals and parades to outdoor concerts and block parties, she especially appreciates summer in Chicagoland. After a hard winter, she truly appreciates the fact that the midwest and its residents really know how to “do summer!”
