I purchased a condo in Lakeview in March of 2008 and I have to say I would not have been able to go through this experience as a first time home buyer without my real estate agent Erika. She really made this very hectic transaction much easier. She's extremely knowledgeable, has a phenomenal work ethic and pretty much held my hand towards the end. (I sort of needed that.)

I found it particularly helpful the way you assisted in communicating with the staff at Century Tower. You paid close attention to the language that was used in the buying process and you made sure I knew what I was getting into. My only criticism comes from the first condo we viewed: I felt that your enthusiasm might have put too much of a positive spin on the place. Most real estate agents I have come across in my life have always followed the same pattern; they are your best friend when you are looking or selling. After you sign the contract they find little time for you. At the closing they are no where to be found and don't return phone calls. Marcia is an EXCEPTION to this pattern!! Elizabeth makes you feel like you are her sole priority. Despite her busy schedule, she's incredibly good at always being available and yet when she's showing you places, you never see her step away to talk to another client-we don't know how she does it. Earlier this year my husband and I decided to purchase a bigger home for our family. We started researching properties online and selected a hand full of properties we thought would be perfect for our family. After communicating with a lot of online real estate agents we came across Nykea's bio and read all the testimonies from previous satisfied clients and we knew that we wanted her to represent us. We immediately contacted Nykea and informed her of what we needed and wanted in a new home. Initially, we presented to Nykea our hand picked list of homes. Nykea scheduled all the home viewings and accompanied us. Boy, I'll tell you we were glad to have a true professional on our side that had our best interest at hand.
