Beverly Bahm and Dream Town came courtesy of a dear friend who'd had a wonderful experience looking for a West Loop loft with them. Beverly showed us a dozen or so Lincoln Park/Lakeview properties before we hit on the unit we wanted. Beverly was patient, kind, NOT pushy, and of great value in terms of her insights; her experience and what to watch for and what to ignore. She guided us. We're not kids, either. We're 50 years old and have purchased real estate before--but never an in-town condo. Beverly stayed with us every step of the way. From the moment we signed the sales contract until the day we closed on the unit. One example of her service: I'm color blind. Actually, my eyesight isn't so hot anymore--period. During the walkthrough inspection, it was Beverly who spotted a scratch on the new hardwood flooring, a bit of discoloring on the kitchen cherry wood cabinets, and the fact that the cabinet doors didn't quite line up.
