I can't tell you how grateful I am to have found Erika as my agent. I was a first time home buyer and she was very patient and informative with me from the beginning and throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the personal touches she added to everything - the availability and flexibility of her schedule at all hours of the day, listening to my neurotic reasoning when I was not sure if I did or did not like a place, and adding her well informed opinion when I just was not sure what to do. To add to that, I had an extremely difficult transaction where Erika had to act as the go between on many things where she should not have had to have been involved. At one point, my lawyer even commented to me that I was lucky to have a real estate agent with such substantive knowledge. She went above and beyond her duty to help me and my lawyer close this deal and I will forever be grateful to her for helping me buy my first place!
