Our agent was really great to work with...she was always available and she was patient with our 1001 requests. The entire process was extremely easy as she sold our condo in just 4 days and helped us to find our new home in 3 weeks. After the deal to sell our condo fell through we were in a bad situation. We had a purchase contract on a home and a significant sum of money tied up and absolutely no prospective buyers for our unit. It was at this point when we called Dream Town. Our agent explained her services, gave us a list of task to complete and asked us to call her if we decided to use her. Needless to say, our decision to utilize her services and expertise was made before she left our home. After only two showings we received two contracts and the one we ultimately accepted was more than 97% of our asking price. Our deal closed on both properties the week of April 14, 2006. We are still moved and stand in awe of our agent's level professionalism and dedication to selling our home; she was always available and willing to assist us. As the airport manager of the world's busiest airport I could use 400 people like our agent. -
