My experience with Dream Town could not have been any better. I am a true believer that the person makes the company. Tammi Vetter creates the best image possible for Dream Town. She is responsive, respectful, and genuinely interested in her clients needs. She knew exactly what I wanted and did everything in her power to present my dream house. At times when I was tired of looking and getting ready to settle she made me persevere. She would not let me settle and ultimately I found my dream home.

Hello Tammi, First I wanted to thank you for the help in finding a place in Chicago. When I initially knew that I may get that job promotion and have a chance to transfer to Chicago, I started to look at places in the city. I knew I wanted to live in the city but which part? What areas would l like? I knew that selecting a realtor would be a big decision but I knew I needed the help. I went online and started to check out some properties, I saw Dreamtown Realty everywhere and particularly say Tammi associated with the property that interested me. I emailed her and she emailed me right back which I thought was different. She worked late into the night which was good for me since I worked all day and could not look during work. After numerous showings and open houses, I am happy to say that I just closed and it was a pleasure to work with Tammi and Dreamtown Realty. I have and would refer her to my friends and/or family.

I met Tammi by chance because my realtor quit before I even met her and Tammi took over. . . this was the best thing that could have happened to me!!! I am from Mexico and it is my first time buying a home. Buying in a foreign country is not an easy task, but Tammi made my experience so easy and enjoyable. She explained everything to me and I knew since the beginning she was on my side at all times. After a lengthy and bumpy process, I finally closed on my condo today.
