Roni comes to Dream Town with over 30 years experience in real estate developer sales. She has worked with hundreds of clients in her career, successfully bringing them from contract to close. In expanding her business to buyer and seller representation, Roni is excited to grow her customer base with hundreds more happy clients looking to purchase or sell a home in the city and suburbs of Chicago.
Going above and beyond to understand and fulfill her clients' needs and wants has been her life-long work and pleasure. Not only is she creative, but her attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry are necessary in today's ever-evolving market. Roni is conscientious of her clients' individual needs and dedicated to serving everyone to their fullest expectations. Even after closing and move-in, Roni is available to her clients 24/7. In fact, many have remained friends for years. She jokes that her clients' generous edible gifts over the decades are responsible for "having put a little more on the waistline!"
Roni has both her Real Estate Sales Person License and Broker's License, plus she is a licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser. She is also certified as a New Homes Specialist and most recently obtained her credentials as an Accredited Home Staging Professional. She has even made TV appearances on CLTV's "HomesPlus+" and NBC's "New Home Showcase" for her outstanding client service. Three decades of career success have resulted in hundreds of millions in total sales dollars, evidenced by a number of awards and trophies amassed over the years. Roni is the second of three generations in her family to enjoy a profession in real estate. Along with her father-in-law and two sons, she cherishes the experience and importance of helping people who want to enhance their lives through homeownership. Roni shares her own home with her White German Shepherd rescue dog, Molly, and devotes her free time to the Association Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). For fun she enjoys walks downtown by the lakefront, dining out, and living life to the fullest every day.

Occasionally, if one is very fortunate, there can be someone very special that comes along at just the right moment in time who touches one's life in an important way that makes a significant difference. For me, such a person is Roni Miles. In the midst of shopping for a new residence, was the beginning of my fortunate, and remarkably satisfactory, experience of working with Roni Miles. My wife Jennifer and I purchased a new home. I am sending you this letter to let you know we are two first time home buyers, who were very frightened about buying a new home,...and then we met with a wonderful person, Roni Miles. From our first introduction until the time we closed on our new home, Roni was truly a comfort to both of us. I will never forget what she said to us that first day, "YOU CAN LEAN ON ME" and we did. Recently I have had the pleasure of working with Roni Miles. I have been exploring the purchase of a condo, as a possible residence for my mother. After many years, she has made the decision to leave her single family home and downsize into a more affordable environment. Understandably, the process has proven somewhat difficult for my mother. We would like to share with you our experiences, as homebuyers. Roni Miles was very professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the units and helped us make a good decision for what our needs were. This was the best experience that we have ever had with purchasing a home. We had very little concerns. If we had a question or concern, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. In our society today, it is not very often that one can say they have had an exceptional sales experience with purchasing a home, due to all of the concerns that go along with home buying. I should have written this letter months ago but I was so busy with my new home and my work. I feel really sorry about the delay of this letter of appreciation. Let me tell you, when we first met you...your helpfulness and professionalism impressed us. You are the best and nicest sales person we have ever met. When we met again later, that good impression was getting stronger and stronger. At that time, we were new to the States and you helped us a lot by explaining to us the procedures of buying a home here and you were so patient and responsive to answer every question we have.
