Over 8 years of exploring Chicago have given Rich a thorough appreciation for everything this great city has to offer.  The incredible variety of neighborhoods, restaurants, and cultural opportunities is sure to make anyone feel right at home.  Rich will work diligently to ensure that finding that home will be an enjoyable, stress-free experience that leaves you with no doubt that you have made the best decisions throughout each step of the home buying process. 

His prior experience in property management gives him a unique perspective on the many different problems to watch out for while searching for your ideal property.  Rich is dedicated to providing an unmatched level of responsiveness and attentiveness to your needs.  He has worked to develop exceptional customer service skills since he began his career when he was 15 bagging groceries and working a cash register after high school to save money for his first car.  He is committed to providing you with a no-nonsense approach that focuses on the most relevant information and accurate analysis to ensure that you are always in the best position to meet your real estate goals. 

Rich holds a degree in Finance concentrated in Real Estate from DePaul University with a minor in Accounting and is a licensed Illinois real estate broker.  He currently resides in Lincoln Park.

  We all have heard (and some maybe even experienced) the horror stories of the stereotypical real estate agent. Well, picture the worst of the worst ... and Rich Betzing is the EXACT opposite. Not only did Rich work harder than even I did to find me the condo that I am so incredibly happy with and grateful for today, but he did so with an unmatched patience. After spending hours of his own research narrowing down the condos that he knew I would be interested in, I am probably underestimating that we saw 47 different condos, and every one fit my exact prerequisites. Not once did Rich waste my time showing me a place that I wouldn't like or only show me places on the high side of my willingness to spend. He spent my time and money as if they were his own, and with a professionalism, courtesy, and patience in a different league than the other 5 agents I've worked with on other purchases and sales.   My Dream Town agent, Rich Betzing, was on top of all my needs at all times of the day. He really made me feel like I was his only client. He met with me at night, on the weekends, and dealt with my calls at all times during the day. He either had an answer to my questions or would find out quickly.
