Randy moved to Chicago in 2001 from the small suburban farm town of Woodstock in search of opportunity and cultural diversity. From the moment he unpacked his first box in his second floor apartment with the "El" train right outside his living room window, he knew he had found what he was looking for and then some! During his years here, Randy has made it a point to move to a new neighborhood every year in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the city's diverse landscape. With plenty of experience on both sides of the transaction and all types of sales be they conventional, FHA, short sale, or foreclosure; Randy has an experience driven comfort level that usually rubs off on his clients.   • In late April 2009, we began the search for our new home in Chicago. Flying blind, we drove into the city and grabbed some local real estate magazines.
