Paco is an adopted son of Chicago since 1979 and has seen this city transform itself into the premier real estate metropolis of the US. What he enjoys most is getting to know his clients well in order to match them with their perfect home. It's a science and an art to interpret their dreams. Paco understands that buying or selling a property can bring up emotions and that it helps to have an expert representative guide the clients through this process. When most of the obstacles have been removed, buying or selling can be a fun adventure.
Paco has been a witness to both the Chicago real estate boom and the more challenging times. His previous experience as a graphic designer gave him the ability to listen and to turn what the clients want into real concrete ideas, and finally into their dream home.
When Paco joined the real estate profession, he vowed to operate under these principles: Guidance (Follow only the clients' directions), Loyalty (Put the clients' interests above all others) Disclosure (Never hide material facts), Confidentiality (Never reveal, unless directed, the motivation or financial imperatives of clients), Accountability (All monies disbursed by the principal(s) belong to the principal(s) until closing), Care (Integrity and ethical behavior guide Paco's every professional action).
Paco has been awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, achieved by real estate professionals who have successfully completed formal training in the art of negotiation. Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally.
With professional negotiation skills, agents will typically obtain better results for their clients. CNE agents have a powerful competitive edge because of their ability to uncover information effectively, get more and give less during sales/purchase negotiations, and retain control over desired outcomes. Bottom line, CNE agents know how to influence and persuade others more effectively than agents without professional negotiation training.

Paco volunteers for Sit, Stay, Read, a program that uses dogs to make reading fun for disadvantaged children. He also enjoys reading about the Roman Empire and the novels of Gore Vidal.
