Matthew M. Sweeney

Matt has the distinction of being a second-generation realtor. His father started his career as a real estate agent, then managed the company, and finally bought the company in Oakland County, Michigan. His Dad imparted to Matt that superior customer service in real estate is the key to maintaining customer relationships for life.

Matt has 10 years of solid experience as a real estate professional, a well-rounded career including sales, rehabbing distressed residential properties, and management of apartment buildings. His experience in buying distressed homes has given him a sharp eye for value and potential, so he can assure that his clients know proper market value and are purchasing a home at market value or below.

Matt graduated from Western Michigan University with a behavioral psychology major and minors focusing on business and literature. He is an avid reader and also enjoys mountain biking and a good workout at the gym.
