There was a house in our neighborhood that had been sold far below it's market value and it was creating an issue in getting our house sold at the price we felt our house was worth. Marcia tracked down the agent who sold the other house and obtained a letter from the agent identifying the extenuating circumstances as to why it had been sold for so much lower than its market value. She was relentless in her efforts to get our house sold in terms of showings, open houses, and follow-ups.
