Lynn has built a successful career in the real estate industry - first as a residential loan officer who handled hundreds of successful purchase transactions and currently as a Realtor® with Dream Town. By capitalizing on her past experience as a loan officer, Lynn provides her clients with a real estate savvy and insight into the buying and selling process that is unusual among most Realtors. Lynn's clients know they are in capable hands and value her in-depth knowledge as well as her customer-focused service.

Lynn is known as a focused professional who is equally comfortable working with first time buyers all the way to seasoned investors. Real estate is usually one of the biggest investments a person makes, and Lynn works diligently to understand her clients' needs. She facilitates each step of the transaction and negotiates to get the deal done efficiently, effortlessly and in her clients' best interests.

Lynn is an avowed "people person". It is her goal to be her clients' professional advisor and true advocate. When asked how she would describe the nature of her job, Lynn simply states, "To negotiate the best deal, have a smooth transaction and hopefully have some fun along the way!"

Another asset Lynn brings to her clientele is an intimate understanding of the Chicago market. A Chicago area native, Lynn currently lives in the city's Streeterville area and is especially knowledgeable about the city's many distinctive neighborhoods including the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village and West Town. She enjoys all that Chicago has to offer, from its unique architecture to its many fabulous restaurants. She is particularly fond of the summers, when she can explore the city on her bike or on long walks with her dog, Linus.
