Kimberly Kirincic-Yasak

Kimberly is a lifetime Chicago-area resident, who enjoys working with clients to both buy & sell properties in all areas of the city, as well as the outlying suburbs.  Growing up in the southwest suburb of Palos Heights, Kimberly moved to the city in 1991 after graduating from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, with a BS degree in marketing.  She fell in love with Chicago living and has been here ever since!   Kimberly worked in the insurance industry for several fortune 500 insurance carriers as a group sales manager, marketing group benefit packages to mid-size companies thru Chicago area brokers. In 2004 she earned her real estate Broker’s license, and since has combined her superior customer service skills, her formal sales training and her outgoing personality to build a very successful real-estate career.  Her genuine love of the city and her extensive knowledge of the various Chicagoland neighborhoods makes her a winning choice when choosing your real estate consultant.  Buying and selling real estate can often be stressful and worrisome, so Kimberly’s main goal is to make the process not only stress free, but also as exciting and enjoyable as possible!  Her follow-up skills and her attention to detail are what makes her the best!
