Karen's expertise in home staging, gardening and design can help her clients present their home for sale to its best advantage, and to understand the potential of their new one.

One of Karen's enduring passions is world travel. You would be hard pressed to find a place she hasn't visited. But, in the end, she always comes back to Chicago, which is just as much a passion for her.

  • We were looking for a condo for our daughter on the North Shore. After talking with us and listening to our needs, Karen told us she thought Evanston would bea perfect fit. She was right!   • If you are looking for someone who will listen to what you want then Karen is the realtor for you. We relocated from VA and didn't know anything about the Chicago neighborhoods - we only knew we wanted to be in the city and have access to public transport. After a few quick emails to Karen about what else we were looking for in a home and neighborhood we started receiving listings, some with comments about how they might fit into our wish-list. We only had one week to visit and make an offer and Karen rearranged her schedule to allow us to see as many listings as we could. By the end of our week we had narrowed our choice down to three homes. Karen brought out our original wish-list and compared each house with what we said we wanted.   • I was getting ready to move to Chicago and was a little hesitant to hire a real estate agent through the internet. I was of course drawn to the Dream Town website because of its wealth of information and ease of use. Once I gave some contact information, Karen called me and made me feel comfortable right from the beginning.
