I've been searching the Dream Town website for about 3 years now in preparation for buying my first investment property. Finally, after 3 years of browsing, the time came to actually buy a property and I was put in contact with Josh Krish. Working with him has been a great experience. Josh put me in touch with a lawyer for my closing; he is always available to view properties and is just a pleasant person to work with. Josh was a pleasure to work with. We were amazed at his quick reaction time sending us properties, often within seconds of when we requested them. Josh understood exactly what we were looking for and didn't waste our time showing us something we wouldn't be completely satisfied with. With this being our first home purchase, he took the additional time to explain to us the course of action, never once pressuring us, or making us feel uncomfortable in any way. Josh even introduced us to knowledgeable mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc -- all of whom made the process that much simpler. My fiancé and I were very impressed with how dedicated Josh was to finding us our new home from the start of the process all the way to the end. He was extremely organized and made sure any concern of ours was well answered or addressed. Josh worked extremely hard and would drop anything to assist us with our search when we needed. Josh was great. As first time home buyers we needed him to hold our and through the entire process. He listened when we had silly questions, he was patient when we were having a hard time making decisions, and when we needed him to, Josh encouraged us to make an offer. And when we did, he negotiated a great price! The best thing about Josh though, is his honesty. He didn't sugar coat the numbers, or try to force us in to a home that wasn't for us. We love our new home and if Josh hadn't inspired me to become a real estate agent myself, I would definitely recommend him!
