Jennifer South believes every client deserves honest and thorough representation.  She brings to Dream Town an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry and has participated in the sale or acquisition of over $60 million of real estate.  Over the past 12 years, Jennifer has worked closely with developers in the feasibility and marketing of new construction projects, including small to medium sized condominium and townhome developments.  Jennifer was responsible for the pricing and sell-out of new construction developments in North Center, establishing an entirely new price point in the neighborhood.

Jennifer focuses on representing sellers and purchasers in residential real estate and has knowledge of all of Chicago’s neighborhoods.  Her experience proves invaluable to her clients and she makes it her goal to provide a superior level of service.

Jennifer resides in the Roscoe Village neighborhood and is a member of the professional board of P.A.W.S. (Pets are Worth Saving).  She is also an active member of the Rainbow Assisted Therapy Program along with her German Shepherd, Waldo, who works as a therapy dog with terminally and psychologically ill children.

  Zora and I recently worked with Jennifer South in selling Zora's condo and purchasing a new one about four blocks away in the Gold Coast area.

  Zora's an attorney and a tough customer to satisfy in general. Both of us were very impressed with Jennifer's ability to quickly establish her credibility and competence.
