Erik has renewed my faith in realtors, which I must admit had become quite scarred and cynical, in the past, after experiencing many soured dealings. But when I found myself needing to purchase a home, via long distance in a short amount of time, I decided to contact Dream Town Realty and got Erik - who in turn got me. He patiently served all my idiosyncrasies, all with a laidback and helpful attitude. But most importantly, he found me the perfect home. It sounds cliché, but I assure you that he, literally, found the home that fit my unique needs: neighborhood, price and one that suits my personality to a 'T'. By day two, he was able to assess these various components about me and my needs and matched me with my new home. It was evident that Erik was working for me and not trying to sell just any house to just any person. It was a pleasure working with Erik.

Buying a house can be a scary process especially when it is done long distance. My husband and I had a few real estate agents to choose from, but Erik stood out as the best of them. We chose Erik because he was quick to provide us with many online listings with the specific features we were looking for. In addition Erik was the only agent we felt would fight for us to get the best price possible. He made us feel at ease leaving the process in his hands. My husband and I came to Chicago for a two day house hunting weekend. Erik did a wonderful job of lining up viewings of our favorite on-line listings. He drove us to house after house until we found the ideal place. Once we made our decision, Erik handled all the paperwork and red tape, making the process easy for us. It was a pleasure working Erik as our real estate agent. Erik was great to work with - he made the process very convenient and enjoyable. He was in constant communication, and very proactive in working through the challenges that are part of any real estate transaction. Also, during the search for my new home, he was very helpful with prompting questions, helping me focus on the specifics of what I was looking for. It is easy to become overwhelmed when searching for a new home and Erik was very grounding. Erik made the process very personalized, which is not always the case. Erik was extremely helpful in walking Stephanie and I through the home buying process. He took the time to explain the complicated process to us, and we felt comfortable that we'd find a home that fit our interests after the first meeting with him.
