Brian Crumlish

Brian joined the Dream Town team as a Sales Associate with over 8 years of experience as a Residential Appraiser. He has a thorough knowledge of many of Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods and is an expert in evaluating single-family, condominium, and multi-unit residences throughout the city. He is a careful listener and is dedicated to building honest relationships with people who will benefit from his expertise. Not only does his appraisal background ensure that his clients clearly recognize value, but also his knowledge of the market and ability to accommodate their best interests make him a valuable resource.

Brian moved to Chicago in 1998 from the south shore of Massachusetts. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in English Literature. In the past, Brian also worked as a carpenter on new construction and renovation projects, so he is able to recognize quality. He currently resides in the Edgebrook neighborhood near the North Branch Bike Trail.
