We have used Anita to buy or sell three properties and we can't imagine ever using any other Chicago area realtor. Why do we feel that way? Being a first time home-buyer, I have to say my experience with Anita could not have gone any better. Anita was very patient as I looked in many different neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area. Anita has a very good grasp of the different neighborhoods throughout Chicago and was very helpful in terms of telling me which neighborhoods I should consider. Having not bought a home before, Anita was extremely helpful explaining the process and providing me contacts. She gave me referrals to Mortgage Brokers, Home Inspectors and Attorneys.
