A Chicago native, Eva Gonzalez was born and raised in the Lincoln Park area. Over the years she has seen the transformation in certain areas, and continues to be impressed with the multiplicity with which the city grows. Her clients are not just shown the surface features of an area, but rather learn the little-known details that make each neighborhood unique. This personal touch ensures home buyers are able to find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood for them.
Eva prides herself on her ability to offer the highest professional service possible. Her personal business philosophy has been firmly rooted in making sure lines of communication with her clients are always open. Eva knows that buying a home is one of the most important purchases a person will ever make, so she works tirelessly to make sure her clients understand all of the information they need to make informed decisions. Eva wants to ensure that the transaction goes smoothly from start to finish, as well as making it an enjoyable experience.
Eva enjoys the opportunity to guide people from widely varying backgrounds through the technical process of buying and selling in today's demanding real estate market. Cultivating long-lasting relationships with her clients means she is there long after the final closing to assistant and answer any questions that may arise in the future.
Eva holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from DeVry University. Outside of work, Eva enjoys traveling, dancing, and trying different kinds of foods, but most of all just spending quality time with her husband and three children.
Eva is also fluent in Spanish.
